Spa & Salon Policies

  • We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to insure the next client will not be delayed.


  • Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. We highly recommend booking reservations a week in advance. A credit card or gift card is required when making reservations.


  • A gift certificate or gift card number or major credit card is required to secure a reservation. Payment is due at service; we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Cash.


  • Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for groups) in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or missed appointments without notification will be charged in full if we are unable to rebook that time with another client.


  • We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.


  • For your relaxation as well as other spa guests we ask that you please turn off or silence your cell phone.


  • Please do not bring any children under the age of 13 with you to the spa without approving with the staff prior. Children are welcomed to receive services, themselves. 


  • Because we care about your well-being we would like to let you know that receiving a massage or facial can over stimulate your immune system if you are already sick and can make you feel worse. Therefore, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, fever or the flu. In return, your therapist will not work on you if they are sick.
